Monthly (every 4 weeks) on-site scheduled recurring appointments. Plus weekly remote checks on server/backup (for weeks not on-site).

Scheduled weekly remote checks on server/backup. No scheduled on-site time.
Platinum Monthly Service
Weekly on-site scheduled recurring appointments. Weekly server/ backup checks performed during the appointment.
Silver Monthly Service
